Terms of Sale

 

1. Minimum Order is $1000.00.


2. All prices are net F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA. Warehouse, thus all freight charges will be paid by customer. Titles of merchandise passes to buyer at origin; customer owns goods in transit and must file all claims for loss, damage or freight overcharges with delivering carrier.


3. Claims for shortages, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported in writing within the next business day of receipt of goods, carton shortages must be indicated on carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading.


4. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a return authorization number. Returns and cancelled orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original invoice copies and delivery receipt copies must accompany all returns.


5. Payment terms are net (no discounts) as follows:
   

   Prepayment: Cashiers Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer.
   Credit Card: Visa - Master - Discover - American Express.
   C.O.D. Cash: 50% Prepaid deposit.. Balance C.O.D. Cash.

6. Prices in this catalogue are subject to change without notice. All merchandise is subject to stock availability. DollarStore, Inc. shall not be responsible for any typographical errors, packaging or design changes. Liability of DollarStore, Inc. is limited maximum to the purchase price of merchandise.
7. Ask your account executive for quantity discounts, direct import and export prices.

We only sell merchandise in solid case-pack, or inner-case packs and have a
$1000.00 minimum purchase.
